These terms apply to DYM Prospecting OS, a subscription software product offered by Dominate Your Market.

Subscription and billing

DYM Prospecting OS costs $27 per month. By subscribing, you authorize a recurring charge of $27 each month until you cancel. There is no free trial or setup fee unless a different offer is shown at checkout. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges.

Access and accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. Access is for the subscribing user unless written permission states otherwise.

Software use

You may use DYM Prospecting OS for lawful real estate prospecting and business planning. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the service.

No results guarantee

DYM Prospecting OS provides planning, tracking, scripts, and performance information. It does not provide legal, financial, or brokerage advice and does not guarantee appointments, agreements, contracts, closings, income, or other results.

Availability and updates

Features may improve or change. Reasonable interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.

Termination

Access may be suspended for nonpayment, unlawful use, abuse, or material violation of these terms.
